— A statement

A living, breathing canvas.

Vol. 01 / Insomnia
Self-portrait — the hand behind Lost in Black Custom Co., in a white suit against deep red.
The hand behind the canvas.

We don't make clothes for the rack. We make garments for the moments they're worn in — D9 strolls, late drives, the 3 AM hour when the work is still happening and the music hasn't stopped.

Every piece is hand-finished. Every drop is limited. We don't restock, we move on. The painting at the edges is the same hand every time, even when the palette shifts.

What we're against: the clean, the corporate, the templated. Streetwear that looks like a brief. Storefronts that look like software. If a thing can be made by anyone, we're not the ones who made it.

What we're for: the rough edge. The wobble in the line. The painted backdrop. The single warm window glow in a deep cobalt night. The garment that picks up the room it's in.

This is the canvas. Stay a while.
