Shipping
We ship from South Florida, usually within 3–5 business days of your order. Custom pieces take longer — we'll tell you up front when. Tracking comes to your inbox the second it goes out.
Free shipping on orders over $100, $8 flat otherwise. Shipping internationally? Email us — we'll figure it out together.
Returns
Custom pieces are final sale. We're putting hours into making them yours; we can't put hours into making them somebody else's.
For everything else — stocked tees, accessories, drops — you have 14 days from delivery to send it back unworn with tags. The refund hits the same card you paid with. Email returns@lostinblack.co and we'll send you a label.
Sizing
Every piece is cut differently because every piece is made differently. We list measurements on each product page — pit-to-pit, length, and sleeve. Measure a shirt you already own and love, compare it to ours, and pick the closest match.
If you're between sizes, size up — most of our work is meant to be true-to-size or baggy.
Care
These pieces are hand-finished. Treat them that way. Cold wash, inside out, hang dry. No bleach, no tumble dry, no dry cleaning unless we specifically tell you otherwise.
Iron on the reverse side, never directly on prints or rhinestones. Done right, these will outlast trends. Done wrong, they won't.
